Watercolor on Yupo Sealed and mounted on 12 x 12 x 1 1/2" HardBord Panel
My intent in placement of the webbing and spraying was to create a warm display of sky colors amongst the fog and icy path next to a stream bed. .
I decided to change my palette slightly and to change to Yupo for this painting. The colors are always vibrant on Yupo and using the Archival Sprays (6 layers)Gloss first and then Satin didn't change the intensity yet maintained the mystery of the fog which muted aspects to this painting .
