There was a lot of adding and taking away of paint in this painting. I did follow the plan I had made but in the end when it was cropped and turned upside down---what did appear but a shoe!
If you have been following me in my shoe painting series it is not surprising that the shoe shape is imprinted on my brain in ways I never knew could be possible. I had to frame it this way because it is just too uncanny. It works depending on one's preference rotating it all four directions.
