Day 4 we were asked to paint this "darling" insect. I didn't think I could do it because my oldest son as a child would die from a single bee sting. I contemplated sending it to him as a reminder to get keep his shot kit up to date. The more I studied him the more I started to really like him. He is after all, one of God's creatures. My grandson loves this painting--maybe he had some of the same thoughts I did. Love his wings.
