Watercolor on Arches 140 lb cold press 10 x 13; framed 20 1/2 x 24 1/2. You can't visit France and not want to paint a sunflower or two. The sunflower heads are large and heavy as harvest nears and they turn their heads away from the sun. Very interesting to see a field with heads turned. . Sunflower oil is made from this variety. Sunflowers always make me happy.
