Watercolor ad gouache on Arches cold press. 15 x 21; framed 22 x 29. On a day trip in France we were driving and came around a corner to find this castle right in front of us. We continued on our journey and as we looked back could see who it perched above the Dordogne River. I researched the name. It is now an exclusive hotel but was built in 1358 and restored several times since. If I could own a Chateau.....
