Portland has treated its visitors and residents to several beautiful fountains for the public to enjoy along the waterfront. I was lucky to capture this family enjoying the Salmon Street Fountain in the Tom McCall Waterfront Park when it was in its full spray mode.
This wasn't an easy painting to achieve the spray of the fountain but I persevered. The fountain can be enjoyed spring and summer. H2O+boy+fountain=FUN
