 Nibali Attacks I wanted to paint key moments with favorite cyclists in the Tour de France over the 21 days. I sure was inspired by Vincenzo Nibali who won Stage 2 by attacking right at the finish to win and have the lowest time. He has worn the "Yellow Jersey" now through Stage 5. He was really something today in the rain and across all the cobblestones! I'm glad I started this painting on Day 2. Not the simple painting I intended though..... Below is my finished painting after a few adjustments. We all know that Vincenti Nibali continued to amaze everyone each day of the remainder of the Tour. The Yellow Jersey was worn by him all but one other day!  Nibalie Winning Attack Stage 2 Tour de France
